Despite the fact that we have chosen to have a small, destination wedding, we want you to know that you are helping us realize our dream. First of all, John knew I would be a miserable person getting ready for a big wedding and a if I'm miserable, that would affect everyone else. Secondly, we realized before we began that the location and food were top on our list...also, we knew nothing in the area exactly suited us. When we started looking at destination weddings, we quickly recognized being married was much more important to us than any of the rest of it. At Jade Mountain, www.jademountainstlucia.com, our dream can come true...the location, the food, and each other.

With your wedding gift, we will revel in the excitement of climbing Gros Piton covered with thick tropical vegetation, rising 2,461 feet out of the sparkling cobalt blue waters of the Caribbean waters. After our long and hot half-day hike up the giant lava formation, we will be anticipating our arrival back to Anse Chastanet to enjoy the coldest beverage in town! What an exhilarating experience!
