We'll book our boat now to enjoy first class service from the experienced crew on our day of deep-sea fishing off the coast of St. Lucia. In hopes of catching mackerel, king mackerel, kingfish, white marlin, barracuda and sailfish. We will deliciously devour the catch of the day while we enjoy the coldest beverage in town.

With your wedding gift, we will revel in the excitement of climbing Gros Piton covered with thick tropical vegetation, rising 2,461 feet out of the sparkling cobalt blue waters of the Caribbean waters. After our long and hot half-day hike up the giant lava formation, we will be anticipating our arrival back to Anse Chastanet to enjoy the coldest beverage in town! What an exhilarating experience!

We'll take a joyride along St. Lucia's northeast coast along the lush and beautiful countryside. Our plantation destination is located just outside of Castries, framed with tropical lush jungle and beautiful exotic island flora. We will learn about the export crops, bananas and copra crops, and the history of what used to be a coffee and cocoa plantation. On our way back, we will visit an old sugar mill, take a cruise upon a boat down the Marquis River, and stop by the Plantation House for a romantic picnic lunch!
