Climbing The Pitons

With your wedding gift, we will revel in the excitement of climbing Gros Piton covered with thick tropical vegetation, rising 2,461 feet out of the sparkling cobalt blue waters of the Caribbean waters. After our long and hot half-day hike up the giant lava formation, we will be anticipating our arrival back to Anse Chastanet to enjoy the coldest beverage in town! What an exhilarating experience!

Half-Day Tour of Sulphur Springs

We are looking forward to this excursion visiting the world's only drive-in volcano. As we enter the remains of the volcanic crater we will see the suphuric springs bubbling up from the volcanic lake. We will learn about the minerals in the hot mud and the volcano’s and Sulphur Springs history. What a day!

Helicopter Tour

Take off from private helipad at Jade Mountain Resort and experience and enjoy the most picturesque view of St. Lucia from the sky.

Horseback Riding

2 hour beach and mountain ride with a visit to the volcano. Includes a picnic lunch.

Jungle Biking Adventure

12 miles of private trails through the tropical jungle located on the grounds of one of St. Lucia's first colonial plantations, Anse Mamin. We'll have the opportunity to see the 18th century French colonial ruins of a sugar mill, an old church, a 3 million gallon fresh water reservoir among others. For cooling off, there is even an old fashioned river swimming hole.

Plantation Tour

We'll take a joyride along St. Lucia's northeast coast along the lush and beautiful countryside. Our plantation destination is located just outside of Castries, framed with tropical lush jungle and beautiful exotic island flora. We will learn about the export crops, bananas and copra crops, and the history of what used to be a coffee and cocoa plantation. On our way back, we will visit an old sugar mill, take a cruise upon a boat down the Marquis River, and stop by the Plantation House for a romantic picnic lunch!

Shopping Trip By Boat

As we sail the pristine waters of St. Lucia's coast, we will stop in Castries to pick up some souvenirs to take home with us from our Caribbean honeymoon. We can either browse the open market with handmade pottery, clay coal pots, shell jewelry, St Lucian Rum, hot pepper sauces, island spices, passion fruit, papayas, mangos, greens and herbs, and other exotic fruits, or we could browse the mall with shops such as Little Switzerland, The Beach Shop, Columbian Emeralds and Diamonds in Paradise.
